Our Concert + Conversation Series and Educational Programs for all ages are available for booking at theaters, schools, congregations, community spaces, and civic-minded businesses and organizations in New England and beyond.
We frequently partner with educational initiatives, voting and civil rights groups, and antiracism organizations like our own. We have extensive experience with finding and writing grants and, in some cases, may be able to help you find funding to cover some or all of the cost of our programs. We’d love to bring our music and conversation to your community!
Over our three years of programming, we’ve built deep relationships with many of the artists we’ve presented in concert. Some of those artists have since become regular partners who are now available for co-bookings, both in our Concert + Conversation Series and our Education programs. If you’re interested in booking a show with us, we can help guide you towards the right artists for your program!

Pamela Means is a bi-racial, out(spoken) songwriter whose “kamikaze” guitar style and punchy provocative songs have worn a hole in two of her acoustic guitars. Her “stark, defiant songs” (New York Times) set both the status quo and stage afire. Ani DiFranco says, “You groove so deep, I can’t get out. And I wouldn’t want to.”
Kemp Harris is an artist whose music spans and transcends soul, blues, jazz, and musical theater. He has shared the stage with artists such as Gil Scott-Heron and Taj Mahal, and has composed original music for Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. Check out Kemp’s other education programs HERE.
Stephanie McKay is a singer-songwriter whose unique blend of folk, soul, and jazz has led her to collaborations with artists as diverse as Toshi Reagon, Roy Hargrove, and Mos Def. She is a founding member of The Folk Collective and a music educator who has designed and implemented curricula for students of all ages.
Zakiyyah is an opera singer, rapper, and activist who has crafted a unique sound she calls “Hip-Hopera.” She serves as a trustee for the Free for All Concert Fund and teaches at Harvard’s Holden Voice Program. Zakiyyah also offers a number of writing and arts-activism programs for teens.

Vance Gilbert is a legendary singer-songwriter who has performed all around the world, from Australia to Winnipeg, and at every major folk festival in between. Having shared stages with artists as varied as Aretha Franklin, Shawn Colvin, Arlo Guthrie, and George Carlin, Vance defies stereotypes everywhere he goes: “I’m Black, I sing, I play guitar, and I don’t play the blues.”
